Biola Village

This Monday was “WATERGIRL AND FIREBOY DAY” The challenge was to complete each one of the missions in the game, now this game requires two players “TEAM WORK, COMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP” so I asked the kids to pick a partner and it was really fun watching the kids compete against other teams, by the end of the day two teams were CLOSE to the end but it was already time to go so we couldn’t see what was the last mission, but we had a TIE.

Tuesday’s activity was to watch a movie “Ponyo” it was a suggestion from one of the girls and I got to admit I loved it, we loved it!  This movie is great for kids of all ages; it has a little bit of everything.  Here are some of the pictures the kids drew:

Wednesday activity was based on what the kids like to do on their free time, here we have a couple of examples and I personally was real impress with the different  personalities each one of the kids have, for example one of the girls that attends the After School Program enjoys doing “paintings” and she’s great at it!  Ooh she’s only 9 years old.  Here is some of her work.
