Hello everyone, hope you're enjoying this month of November as much as all of us here at Sand Creek. The children have had so much fun learning about the Fall Season and the upcoming Thanksgiving Day Holiday. They made several craft activities, wrote about the season and they learned about the importance of giving thanks, especially during this month of November. There are many really cool/great things going on here but one in particular deals with what we call our "Thankful Tree." We traced out our hands using different Fall Season colors. The children had the opportunity to make a Thankful Card to share with their families...they made pilgrim
and Indian crafts to recognize some of our American culture. It's been a great month to share our different cultures like our food, ideas and
traditions and get to know how everyone celebrates this beautiful time of year. Hope everyone has
