Hello to all!
I hope everyone had a beautiful December! Here are some photos of all the beautiful work the children created for the festive Christmas season. As you can see the children decorated the Christmas tree with different little ornaments...we tried our best to make a garland with our names on it...it was made out of colorful beads and pipe cleaners. It was very easy and fun because the children loved having something personalized on the tree. It really made it their own. Next we wrote our Christmas letters to Santa and decorated the envelopes nicely so that Santa could see how good we all were this year :-) We also wrote our storyland stories for Christmas. The children caught on to the storyland idea/theme, which is to have them write a theme story about an upcoming holiday. It's a fun way for the children to write and I get beautiful decorations for the computer lab. Lastly we made Christmas stockings to hang around the computer lab. December was such a fun month!!! It's also my favorite month because we get to go all out with our decorations! Happy New Year everyone, I hope and pray for a blessed 2015! WOW!!! we're already about halfway through January, before you know it, Valentines Day will be here!
